Does virtual worship count as church?

At our home group last Tuesday a discussion ensued as to whether virtual worship counts as church. Unfortunately we were not there but my friend Joanne Burdette has kindly looked up some links to help the group come to some kind of a decision.

Also listening to the great Jonny Baker on ABC radio in Australia might shed some light on this as he talks about emerging church and how the church is being challenged to connect with post modern culture and interact with new technology.
